All eLiquid sales are final, but not forgotten


We place the strongest emphasis on customer satisfaction. If you are in the least bit unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, please contact us immediately, and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Two things we ask you to consider

  1. Every bottle of eLiquid that we ship is custom made to your exact specifications. Considering this, it is not possible for us to guarantee the outcome when we are giving you almost unlimited control. If any part of our custom ordering process is confusing to you, please give us a call. We’d love to lend a hand!
  2. eLiquid is perishable, and manufactured in a sanitary, sterile environment. Once it leaves our facility, it is not possible for us to accept a return, as the product is not re-sellable after it leaves our custody.

Gift card policy

Please note that gift card purchases are absolutely final, and can not be returned.

Additional in-store policies

  • Sales are final for all-in-one devices, drip tips, and coils.
  • If there is a hardware malfunction due to manufacturer defect, it can be returned within 30 calendar days, with the receipt. All product components included in the kit at the time of purchase must be presented.
  • If a device is damaged as a result of neglect, abuse, or misuse, a return or exchange will not be processed.
  • If a Cloud Chemist is satisfied with device performance and functionality, a return or exchange will not be processed.
  • If you attempt to return unopened/unused hardware equipment within 7 days after purchase, a 30% restocking fee may be applied. If the manufacturer defect warranty is still in effect, however, no restocking fee will be applied.
